www.mrxmask.com by Rubinex SAS.
Consequently, these Terms of Sale and Conditions of Sale define the rules
regarding pricing, payment, delivery, returns, and warranty.

1. Purpose of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
First and foremost, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale establish the
contractual relationship between Rubinex SAS (SIRET 90192542000019 – 60 rue François 1er,
75008 Paris) and any customer placing an order on our site.

Rubinex SAS offers the following products under these Terms of Sale:
- MRX Masks – reusable transparent masks;
- AirX Filters – replaceable 24-hour filters;

Moreover, product images and color swatches may differ from actual items due to industrial
coloration variations.
3. Pricing Terms & Conditions of Sale
- All prices are listed in [currency], VAT included (TTC), excluding delivery fees.
- In addition, delivery fees vary by destination and weight.
- However, the price at the time the order is placed is guaranteed, even if rates change thereafter.
4. Order Process under these Terms of Sale
- Orders can only be placed via www.mrxmask.com;
- By placing an order, you expressly accept these Sales Terms;
- Subsequently, you will receive an order-confirmation email; nevertheless, Rubinex SAS reserves the right to refuse any order in case of prior disputes or non-payment.
5. Payment Methods in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw—except for personalized items.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition;
- Return shipping is at your expense;
- We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
8. Warranty (Conditions of Sale)
- The legal warranty of conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq., Consumer Code);
- The warranty against hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq., Civil Code).
